Preconstruction Planning
Pre-construction planning is the most important investment that a client can make to ensure a successful project. Engaging a Certified Construction Manager to work in a fiduciary role can guide a client through all of the many complicated aspects of the early phases of a project prior to the start of construction. This investment will result in cost and time savings during construction.
Design & Construction Coordination
The coordination of the design services during pre-construction will save time and money during the construction phase of a project. A Certified Construction Manager will prepare budgets and schedules to ensure that the project will meet the client's needs prior to construction. An experienced CCM will guide the design process and perform value engineering studies during the design process.
Banking Institution Services
As a Certified Construction Manager with experience in Commercial and Residential projects I offer services to perform Plan & Cost Reviews prior to loan commitment, Construction Loan Monitoring (CLM) during construction and Property Condition Assessments. My experience in estimating, scheduling, project management, procurement, executive management and company ownership is an asset in providing these services professionally and accurately.

As a Certified Construction Manager I am extremely organized and very experienced in the construction industry. Over the past 40 years I have gained experience in all facets of the construction industry. I have managed projects beginning in the conceptual stage through design and to final project completion.

Construction Experience:
I am a highly respected Construction Manager who has been directly responsible for the successful completion of health care facilities, religious facilities, institutional facilities, retail centers, auto dealerships, industrial projects and residential developments as large as 32 million dollars in PA particularly in the Upper Bucks, Montgomery and Lehigh Valley markets for many years. I have held positions in estimating, purchasing, contract management, project management, marketing and executive level management positions.
As an entrepreneur, I started and owned two firms: Construction Management Concepts, a Commercial Construction Management firm and Construction Consulting & Inspections, a Third-Party inspections firm consulting to Financial Institutions performing Construction Loan Monitoring (CLM)..
